Coverage in mall area is AWFULWas this review helpful to you?
Terrible coverage in this area, sometimes haveing to walk outside to get a signal. Going to invest in some type of booster for the house. Come on T-Mobile look at your own coverage map ! 5 years later no change for the better. Was this review helpful to you?
Average service. Was this review helpful to you?
Signal strength is very poor at this location. I only receive one bar on my Verizon LG4 phone and if I go inside the building my signal strength drops to zero and I drop calls. Thanks JimWas this review helpful to you?

Okay most of the time but I have at least one dropped call per day. But when service is up I find it to be pretty good. Was this review helpful to you?
Five days and no outgoing or incoming calls, backup and reset, 3 SIM card changes, 2 phone changes ( Android to IPhone), 6 trips to the AT&T corporate store, 20 hours of tech support and no service. AT &T says tower is degraded but wife's phone works from the same house. AT&T has no tech just marketing specialists posing as tech support because one calling herself as "Jennifer" ( no African American calls herself by that name) even told me Android works from a different tower than iOS. All I can say is they are full of s***.Was this review helpful to you?
VERY disappointed in Metro Piece of Sh.. have minimal problems anywhere else in state, but this is terrible. Two towers within a 3 mile radius of my location and almost never a signal. Oh, I get E, and G, usually with one or two bars, but data? What's that? One would figure that for a college town the coverage for metro would at least be comparable to Vero Beach or Fort Pierce. Very disappointed. Was this review helpful to you?
My son lives in the west village dorm building and is unable to receive calls while in his dorm room. This is the case for the majority of students in the entire building for both the east and west side of the FAMU Village Dormitory. They have to leave their room and try to find the right spot to be able to receive or may a call. I would think T-Mobile could do better than this or at least look into the reception in this area. When I think of the news of college shootings it seems to me that good phone reception in today's society is crucial. Help with this would be greatly appreciated. Was this review helpful to you?
