I used to have Sprint, and thought Verizon would be an upgrade in coverage at home. It is the reverse, with only one bar most of the time. My teen has a different type of phone, and under a different Verizon plan, and his coverage is also awful. Verizon's map shows nearby towers, but we have almost no reception with Verizon.

We used to get 3 or 4 bars now it's usually one. We could'nt even manage a telemed appointment the other day, we could hear maybe one word out of 10. Very poor reception with Verizon

Told there was a tower in our area. Closest T-Mobile or Sprint tower is I10. Shows bars but drops calls. Go figure. See many complaints about dropped calls from all carriers. Don't need dropped calls talking medical or attorney.

My wife bought an iphone 10 and I bought. Pixel 3 XL when they first came out. We cannot text message or make calls in our home, cannot use data until we drive 2-3 miles farther toward the center of Tallahassee.

I'm a freshman at FSU and I'm getting terrible reception whether I'm in my dorm or walking around campus. I depend on my phone a lot including for schoolwork and I am always having trouble with my connection in and around FSU Campus even though I have 5G I don't get what Verizon advertises as "5G" service. I feel that they say that to sell phones with 5G but they're not giving you the service you're paying for. If they don't have the infrastructure in place to provide 5G then let the people know or provide a credit on their billing statement every month for the lack of "5G" service until they can get that issue fixed. Isn't there such a thing as a " truth in advertising law" that covers this type of issue?

Verizon service has definitely gotten worse. Calls drop all the time and it's impossible to have a conversation. As an older person, my cell is the only access I have and for what I pay, I should have reliable service. We had a horrible storm recently and I received the weather alerts AFTER the storm passed. I expect to feel safe in my home and now that Verizon's service is practically non-existent, I no longer feel that way. My phone barely gets one bar and maybe two on a good day. The iPhone 6+ had MUCH better reception than this phone. When I go into town, I get 5G and 4 bars. I'm now being forced to look into alternate ways to have reliable phone service since I'm stuck with Verizon for another 21 months. Shame on Verizon. It shouldn't be this way.

TMobile signal very poor inside house even though map show good coverage and we have phone with their Extended Range and multiple bands capabilities. Signal appears then disappear every few seconds s on phones everywhere inside house. Outside in one location, 4 bars, holding the phone up in the air! Was just the same with my 2G phone for years, except then there was NO service inside and outside only when climbing our fence. TMobile promised another tower would be installed off Pedrick Rd and Buck Lk years ago. Never happened. Now with new phone LTE and 3 G are the same - poor / none. 2G nothing. Love their plan with all fees / taxes included but if I can't use the phone in my house esp if Comcast goes out (another story) and can't get WiFi, really not worth the money.
