VERY disappointed in Metro Piece of Sh.. have minimal problems anywhere else in state, but this is terrible. Two towers within a 3 mile radius of my location and almost never a signal. Oh, I get E, and G, usually with one or two bars, but data? What's that? One would figure that for a college town the coverage for metro would at least be comparable to Vero Beach or Fort Pierce. Very disappointed. Was this review helpful to you?
My son lives in the west village dorm building and is unable to receive calls while in his dorm room. This is the case for the majority of students in the entire building for both the east and west side of the FAMU Village Dormitory. They have to leave their room and try to find the right spot to be able to receive or may a call. I would think T-Mobile could do better than this or at least look into the reception in this area. When I think of the news of college shootings it seems to me that good phone reception in today's society is crucial. Help with this would be greatly appreciated. Was this review helpful to you?

Sadly no reception on natural wells drive. Drops out part way down woodville highway. dead spots in other parts of town. T mobile is best price and great in cities but no so good when you get outside major population areaWas this review helpful to you?
After four years of charging me for 4G Verizon finally admitted this is a marginal coverage area. You can cancel your contract For free out here now.Was this review helpful to you?
We were some of Cingular's first customers way back around 2004. Great service so we went CPO. Great service continued after AT&T buyout - until Nov. 2012. Complained and waited 8 mo. for AT&T to fix their problems. They did not, so I switched to Verizon in Aug. 2013. Very happy with Verizon. Was this review helpful to you?
12 years ago, when I signed up, AT&T was the only cell company with service in my area. Now service is spotty at best, calls are dropped daily, if they do get through, the connection is so bad, a conversation is impossible. When I contacted AT&T I was told I should pay for a booster in my home and pay for a monthly booster service - uh, no... . all 4 contracts are up this summer - looking for better serviceWas this review helpful to you?
Seemingly Great Coverage and fast data! T-Mobile is actually good for a changeWas this review helpful to you?
Always having problem in connection. I don't know why this happened only in T-Mobile network. T-Mobile needs really high improvement in connection. Was this review helpful to you?
Previously had an old CDMA phone from South Florida that worked flawlessly in this area when moving here. Bought new cellphone in August 2013 when Metro established in Tallahasse and 1 Tracfone and 1 Net 10 phone from family members get better reception and working capabilities than I do with my brand new $180 GSM Metro phone. I get NO reception in my apartment, lucky if I get a text message out or connect to internet and absolutely NO outgoing or incoming phone calls can be made. Plenty of error messages to boot. Too bad the salesperson was only interested in sales and not their customer. Couldn't return since I "upgraded" so I'm stuck with either going back to my old phone or sticking with this new piece of crap cell coverage. I also was told the towers weren't completed and to wait. UNACCEPTABLE service from Metro PCS and NO help contacting customer service. Was told after the fact about coverage in my area. Avoid at all costs! Thinking about transferring to Straight Talk. Was this review helpful to you?
