Had to buy an Air Rave to get receiption (turns cell phone into VOIP). Have had Sprint here for over 7 years - 70 or more percent of calls dropped.

Only had phone for 10mths and reception sinks and 3g is slow

Terrible service, I'm really disappointed in sprint. Calls seem to drop 1 out of 3 times. 3G service is abysmal... you can expect to load a simple webpage in 45 seconds! It's unreliable and really frustrating. Can't even use the facebook app with terrible 3G. Cmon Sprint, your service should be better, especially at a major college campus!

very poor reception with call dropped in a split second. Must switch at end of contract. I need a phone to use not look at.

I completely understand that reception is dependent on where the carrier's tower is. In our part of town there are very few towers. Perhaps the carriers should begin considering the rural areas for expansion. I doubt any carrier could provide good service out here.

Lived her for 6 months and never have had a bar on my phone. I have to move around to get the best reception and ask the person on the other end "Can you hear me now"?

I live at the intersection of W.W. kelly rd and Williams and my Sprint service is useless. I just turn my cell phone off and charge it when I get home. Once I get at Louvinia and turn onto Williams Rd heading in the W.W. Kelly road area... no reception at all. Guess what? That's where I live!

Never Drop a call, Never have a problem, Phone only roams when it's in my pocket going under an expanse of trees. better the phone you have the better your reception will be

Poor customer service regarding a request to make a necessary international call. I have no landline in my home. I was told this request required a 24 hour wait period. This seemed unreasonable to me because of the urgency of the situation. Customer service remained totally inflexible. I decided to terminate my service with them and will be charged $200 fee to terminate. The reception quality of the service in my home is poor. I have to go outside to get 2-3 bars of reception. Inside my home the reception signal if usually 1 bar or less.

Drops call regularly - Sprint acknowledges that the cause is an Osprey nest, but still charges an early termination fee, even though you can not make or receive calls on a reliable regular basis

Sprint and my Samsung VGA100 work most of the time in my vehicle in Tallahassee. It works downtown where I work and in the State Satellite Complex on Capital Circle. There is a predictable section on Bucklake Rd.that is always dead. Don't use cell phone much at home, but it has worked part of the time when I did. It always works when I go outside on my front porch.

Have had Sprint for almost 2 years. Constantly throughout Tallahassee I will have my calls dropped. Can't even use my phone in my own driveway! Hate my phone and the service!

Sprint recently increased the signal quality here. Last year is was horrible, but now you can actually finish an entire conversation.

Perfect on High ground, and good in buildings and lower areas. I think there are some towers attached to the taller FSU buildings.

Outside, no problems. Inside no reception. Every call I make from inside drops unless it is the bright of day.
