T-Mobile 0 Out of 5 Phone Model: Blackberry 8900	After 9 months and 4 handsets, T-Mobile finally advised that the reason having "SOS" instead of reception bars when at home is because there is no service for my area and no plans to upgrade anytime in the next 24 months. This is a known issue for them, but they do not tell the customers until you completely flip out on them. Once you have stressed out the appropriate number of times, they will waive your cancellation fee and other penalties because they are not able to honor the contract they agreed to.
