I'm hoping that with going back to Verizon is the best move because T-Mobile in Wellington is the worst. There are so many dead zones until you get to State Rd 7. Inside the house... no signal, going down Southshore... no signal... and especially Lake Worth road... .I won't even have one bar... even if I wish for it. Goodbye TMobile.
We need a tower added to the Northwest in the Perserve (the city apperved it over 10 years ago) or to our Southwest where The City of West Palm Beach just approved it
Tmobile has to have some of the worst service in the world. At my house, dosent matter if I am in or outdoors, I will have all my bars and suddenly lose them all. When I do have bars I usually get message sending failed or call can not be completed. Once and a while it says that all circuits are busy. I cant beleive people pay for this crap.
Ok, I am on a beachfront condo... .but who cares! I have been seeking an alternative to T-Mobile. Calls have always dropped in the tens of deadspots in countless locations. Is it the phone? Is it the service? Each would blame the other.
I call it the "Jupiter Triangle". On I75 as you near Jupiter, calls drop. Strange because there are three cell towers right next to the interstate in the exact area the signal drops... and after the dropped call, you immediately get 5 bars! When is Alltel going to get a corporate store in West Palm? Long overdue for the "nations largest coverage area".
I get no reception in my home and if a call does somehow get through, it is dropped within seconds. On the street reception is poor and if there is even the slightest breeze, it sounds like a tornado in the phone. In the car, you have to hold the phone right next to the window... If you talk long enough (10 minutes) your call will be dropped. At my other home, in Briny Breezes, I have to walk 2 or 3 blocks west from the ocean to get even 1-bar. In the house, the phone does not even ring. Most times it will not even go to voicemail. Perhaps additional towers might be helpful... Oops, that cost $$$! I am switching to Sprint. If that does not work, "Bye-bye cell phone!"
I have been with Nextel for 3 to 4 years and they have never failed me. I came from Cingular which back then was absolutely horrifying. Their costumer service was terrible. If I had a problem they told me oh well, there was nothing they could do about it. Now, with Nextel costumer service is always to set things right. Rather with credits to my account or free phones. They are great
We have had Cingular for 2yrs now, and they suck! We have all the problems everyone else complains about- dropped calls (those commercials make me sick!) no signal, late messages, phone not ringing, etc. I am currently looking for another carrier as well as another phone. This time I am trying to do my homework before I am stuck again. We have had a poor experience with Nextel, have friends who suffer with Sprint, so... We are considering Verizon.
