Coverage very poor in homes. Outside marginal in Belle Meade Subdivision. Will be ending my 17 year relationship with Sprint of no upgrades to area in next year and moving to ATT which has new towers in area.

Coverage in homes in area is very poor with Sprint. Need to ensure you get free Airave (Femtocell) to ensure you receive calls in home. More dropped calls than usual. ALL carriers seem to have problem in this area.

Absolute Joke ! Moved to this area last year. AT&T sucks here. They keep promising new tower, better reception... I have had three new sims cards, rebooted phone back to factory settings, all together new phone and had a Microcell installed. Still dropped calls constantly... I have an amazing amount of rollover minutes cause I cant use the darn things. I have to text to people that give up on me calling them four times to get a few sentences out... Save your money and your patience don't go with AT&T in this area..

Terrible reception here. Have already been sent a new SIM card, didn't help at all. Now they're sending me a whole new phone to see if it helps. No new towers till the end of Dec 2010.

Been with AT&T since the days of Bellsouth mobilty. However, since I moved to Winter Garden the reception has been its worse. Its so bad my friends know when I'm near my home. If it were not for my love affair with the Iphone, I would end the long relationship with AT&T.

Going to pay the termination fee for 3 phones. AT&T sucks so bad here. Sounds llke people are underwater on the phone.

Why did I leave TMobile... OMG AT&T sucks so bad here. They even said they were going to SIM boost my phone... GARBAGE... nothing happened. Almost every call fails. Worst is when you are on hold for 10 minutes or so and then you get dropped call. I just want to scream when that happens. Forget this ish, I am going to take the termination fee on all 3 phones. Now you know thats horrible service if I'm going to pay for 3 phones. But I figure I rather pay the termination fee because I would be paying a AT&T bill anyway for nothing. DONT GET AT&T here. They have been telling us new towers coming for almost a year now.

No service. What a joke. Why am I paying every month to NOT use my phone?

The AT&T service here is HORRIBLE! I am kicking myself for not going with Verizon (who has great service here.) Last time I called they told me there should be another tower in 3 to 4 months. So service should improve. I am having a hard time believing that!

I had T-Mobile for almost 6 years and I had terrible coverage, but they had outstanding customer service. In December 07, I got an iPhone as a Christmas present so I had to switch to AT&T. I had nothing but great experience so far... no more dropped calls, no more phone replacements (withing 3 months as I had to deal with T-Mobile). Everything was going great until this morning when all of a sudden my phone, and my husband's 2 phones (personal and business) showed no service. I called AT&T and they said the entire state of Florida has outage and they don't know when it'll be fixed.

Standing outside my house I barely get 1 to 2 bars. Inside my house is a joke. Sometimes no service or no bars but it registers on the phone. Have to stand in one location in the house to actually have a conversation and even then it gets dropped. Hopefully they'll put another cell tower in the area due to all the new construction.

Good reception throughout Winter Garden, Clermont and Orlando. Service is sketchy, though, the further west you go, particularly in Groveland. Those areas are not quite as developed, yet, and I imagine service to improve in the coming years. Overall very pleased with T-mobile.

drop calls, phone shuts off after 10 mins on call, miss every other word at times in a converation. sounds like i'm talking in a coffee can.

Very poor reception along West Colonial Drive through Ocoee / Winter Garden. Virtually no reception in house (Beulah Road). Little to no signal on 535 to Disney; lots of drops.

These guys were cool enough to allow me to check coverage on their computer to see how good the reception would be at my house. Judging by their map, it looked like it was in a bad pocket with little or no hope of any reception at all. That said I do get a signal, although I have to be careful where I use the phone inside the house. Although the reception at the house might be shoddy, I don't have much room to complain. Aside from that I get good reception anywhere else in my zip and statewide for the most part.
