I just got this phone last week and the reception is very poor in my house. I did not have this problem with the Sony Eriksson that I previously had, so I am guessing it's the phone. I am very unhappy with it - will probably call AT and T - maybe they'll send me another phone (LOL!).

I have Cingular AT&T and it does really poorly in this area. I am lucky to get one bar and normally have to run around in circles to keep a conversation going. I am really contemplating going to two cans and a string to compare the quality of the one or two actual calls I can get a day.
