Can't even use the phone in the house. At least Verizon cares. They sent an RF tech out to have a look and seems like they have moderate coverage. Verizon advised me that I can end my contract at anytime with no penalty for this problem.

I have Alltel Touch 2 Talk service from Alltel. I have had nearly perfect coverage. I work for Public Safety and need to stay in contact. Works great all the time even during Hurricanes. I had Nextel but it let me down in 2004 with Hurricane Charley. This is the way to go with PTT service. Alot cheaper also. The coverage has been Near perfect. I am very happy with Alltel so is my wallet.

I always have a full signal due to the fact that I live and work within one mile of a tower; however, if there is a hurricane, consider it dead.

As of 3 / 11, for the past 6 months, even with 5 bars, metro web is unavailable 80% of the time. I love my phone, reception is excellent, but customer service is as bad if not worse than metro web.

Inside my house - NO reception. On my property, very little reception. It's hit or miss... . sometime 1 bar, sometimes no bars.

I live off of Hwy. 27 and my phone won't work on my road or at my house. I used to be able to use my cell in one spot in my bathroom (it woudl end up dropping the call)but now that doesn't even work. I have dropped call all of the time. I can have 5 bars and it doesn't matter. I can't wait to change my service. I pay about $100 a month and can't make a call without it wanting to drop or the other person not being able to hear me. Nextel has done nothing other than to contact another represenative!

Nextel cellular reception is very good outside and some indoor locations. Inside my work bench at home my reception is poor, RF interference from computers seems to have major affect with Motorola i55sr, I am computer Technician by trade, most diagnostic repair is with computer system steel case covers off. This has a major problem with phones reception signal. No reception signal within 3 ft of a computer w/ case off. Phone signal strength drops completely out. The computer case shields RF escaping. BUT I would expect a phone to have it's own protection for this reason. If RF is near to some degree. So I'm unable to use phone on service related technical support calls near my work zone.

The 4G coverage is way below average for the area of Winter Haven / Auburndale. It keeps switching to 3G and then down to 1X and my bars go white telling me the phone is searching. Very seldom it is 4G. There is a tower approximately 1 mile from my home and this still happens. Calls are getting dropped. Just bought a new Droid Razr Maxx and hoped the reception would be much better. Should have kept my Droid X, never had this problem with that phone. Very disappointing.

Have had issues with texting since the middle of Oct 2011. Sprint has told me that everything would be fixed by 01-06-2012, then 02-29-12 and then 03-10-12, 03-20-2012 and 03-31-12. Do not expect it to be fixed. It has only gotten worse as time has passed. Can't send or receive texts and cannot make phone calls without numerous attempts. Sprint has promised to keep in touch three times and every time they fail to do what they have promised. Will go to Verizon as have many friends.

U cant call out any where near Lego Land... U get a message Data Busy! This has been on going since Oct, 2011! It was to be fixed 03 / 20 / 12 and its still not!
