Terrible service in my house. Have to go outside to make business calls, which is really annoying. Even then I still don't get good service.

Have very poor receiption in home. Have talked to T-Mobile many times. They said they are not going to add towers here in the near future.

I have called T-Mobile repeatedly for over 1-1 / 2 years regarding no reception in this area. (Park Ave near Panera) They say tower traffic is heavy and they will attempt to address it in 120 days. Still nothing has been done. There response on my most recent call: we will let you cancel without penalties and you can find another carrier. Well that sure is a way to take care of a customer of over 7 years. Please call and complain if you are also having this problem.

Comes and goes, especially when network busy, then sometimes cannot make or receive calls.

sprint reception is horrible in my area, one min I have 4 bars then no signal (that's when i'm in one spot!) whatever you do do not get a Samsung upstage, it's the worst phone ever!

Prior to AT&T, Cingular was just awful. Now, it's perfect. No drop calls - I really think it was the Razor phone. I'm sorry, but that phone was a POS! iPhone and bars and zero drop calls. REALLY!

lots of dropped calls, my phone says all bars but the reception is horrid. I hate nextel. my husband works at the airport and I hardly get through to him.hmm cant wai till our contract ends!

OMG! I know that if I'm going to Walmart I have to do all my talking before or after the shopping. It sucks to see other people using their phones in the store and me not being able to.

Driving north on 436 thru Old Cheney Hwy. (Bravo's / Dan's Fan City / Royal Thai area) 9 times out of 10 the call drops. VERY frustrating!

Almost no reception in my house on my older Nextel phone. I am seriosuly considering switching to T Mobile. Between my wife and I we use at least 3000 minutes for work, and they seem to be better service / reception, and least expensive! Bye bye nextel!

My coverage is indefinable. I can have 3 bars or no service at all. I sit in my home office, stationary, and the coverage goes from ok to nothing. I had Sprint before with the same results. A plumber working here had Cingular, and his reception was perfect. I also use a RAZR with the same SIM card that works slightly better.

Reception is so bad that we have to go outside of the house to talk on our Verizon cell phones (3 different phones). Verizon needs to add another tower nearby or boost the signal strength.

I seem to get perfect or near perfect reception in this area, never have had a problem with dropped calls or noisy calls...

TDMA ... great reception but then it's downtown.
