we live off sutorus rd at the east end of jerry rd. with our Samsung smart phones we have little or no receive or transmit. they are useless for hotspots or as a cell phone. We have talked with Verizon numerous times to no avail.We finally gave up and bought a extra line for 10.00 more bucks a month with a cheap reg cell.At least now we can talk to the outside world.

No bars at all. They lied when selling me the phones.

Very very poor signal. They sold me the phone stating that they had good coverage at my location. Cant get any resolution.

No Bars Ever. Phone only works occasionally. Why do they have a sales office only 1 mile from this location? Very disappointed.

Very happy with Alltel service. I had Sprint and my wife had AT&T / Cingular and Alltel out-performs them both in this area. We consolidated both lines onto an Alltel family plan. I've noticed a very big difference especially indoors and I can use my phone in more buildings. Signal just seems stronger. My Circle is also very nice feature. Much more useful than nights at 7 I gave up at Sprint because out of 1000 anytime minutes I get, since I get free calling to any 10 numbers and all Alltel customers, I rarely use over 300 anytime on both my lines for myself and my wife, while we get well over 3,000 free minutes.

Dropped calls all the time. Very poor, one bar most of the time. I'm at Forrest Lake RV Park.

droped calls are normal. I got one of those stick-on boosters that go under the batt. next to the antenna, it gets no more bars but I don't drop calls anymore! GET US BETTER SERVICE I would change serv. if they had good reception in my home.

Cingular coverage for Zephyrhills FL and Dade City FL quite frankly SUCK! Had to go 1 / 2 mile just to get enough signal to check voice mail. And that only lasted about 5 minutes before the phone lost ALL signal.
