3g works nice in my area. However, call service is garbage. Less than one bar at all time. My phone reads -102dbm. This is horrible, the absolute worst to have good phone calls is -96. Verizon, WAKE UP! There are 20,000 people living in this town, and you can't even provide cell service to your thousands of customers?

When I'm in the house I get no reception whatsoever. I have to run outside to the cul-de-sac just to get poor reception. I have lost job opportunities (I work on call). I just purchased a Samsung Freeform 3 but realized that it does not work. I believe there is a dead zone in this Acworth / Kennesaw area. I am thinking the only thing to do would be to move to a different part of town.

Two bars in the house. Phone drops when driving in a couple of spots on Stilesboro road and Durnt Hickory Rd.

Hey Verizon- There are 1500 homes in our neighborhood. Wake up and build a new tower. Service is horrible. Maybe 1 to 2 bars at best and is always dropping calls.

Inside 0-1 Bars (-105db to -120db) Outside 4 Bars plus.

Poor reception in home. T-Mobile was same way. This is my third AT&T phone, all had poor reception.

Works ok outside my home, but inside, my phone buzzes and reception is terrible.

this is a complete joke, do not use this service at all, nothing works, I get between 1 and no bars all day, drops calls. at&t and tmobile, same result, nothing works here, i have even heard verizona are pretty much the same deal. i got a good mind to open up my own network from my hse!

Very poor reception both in house, and throughout neighborhood. Cingular -- this is a growing area with new homes going up everywhere. Improve your reception!

Very poor reception. No bars on first level of home. Have to go to second story to have a signal good enough to talk. Same was true of Cingular and AT&T. It appears I'm in the middle of four distant towers.

Consistently good coverage on my Blackberry, alwat eityher 4 / 5 or 5 / 5 bars

Generally good reception with Cingular with few exceptions. The customer service could use some work however.

My work stuck me with a Sprint cell phone. This thing is completly worthless. Signal drops / fades out. Voicemails delayed sometimes 3 or 4 days. I get this phone and service for free from my work and I am thinking about spending the money for Verizon out of my pocket just so I can save the frustration.

What is going on? I am having more cell phone drops and less coverage areas then two months ago. I had my card changed out but that did not help.

Gotten worse lately. Goes to ROAM in the middle of a call. Never did before.

at home the signal disappears, then goes to roam, then comes back, been with Sprint for years but if ANYONE has better service in this area I would switch in a heartbeat...

l just moved to Acworth. My reception is terrible with T mobile. l have been to their offices. All they say is that oh your area has fair reception. What happened to good reception. l have just been with T mobile for 3 months. When l signed with them they said that l would get good coverage all over atlanta and surrounding areas. l live only 27miles from downtown atlanta, l can't get good reception at home. That is after l got rid of my home phone. l will just have to pay the fee and move to another better carrier.
