Verizon 0 Out of 5	Verizon did not notify its customers of the Alltel conversion. Verizon phones in this area, even sitting underneath the tower or towers, or a 1 / 2 mile away DO NOT work.Several trouble tckts have been put in. Did not respond to me. Their OWN Tech Rep on May 19, 2009 could not hear me. (Store managaer from Valdosta store) Was to call me back,never got call, most likely as the call would not go thru.Spoke with several other Verizon users in Valdosta, phone does not work in the middle of the city or under a tower, OBVIOUSLY not the MOST reliable network - false advertising. Put in 2 trouble tickets, they did not give me an answer. Closed the tckt said resolved? How? That is not a unilateral contract? It’s a bilateral. You didn't call me the customer? Today, they finally admitted the service and conversion would not be working until the end of the year. When were you going to tell me? Were you going to defraud me all year? Over your non-performance of a contract ?Apparently. This is the most unreliable network. Please note my Virgin Mobile phone works fine on same tower. PLEASE note I have witnesses to these conversations while speaking with no-TECH support.
