service was good until July 2011.Forward to now almost every call drops at sometime during conversation you can't make a 1 min call with o dropping

Reception has deteriorated to poor or no reception. Often as not, no reception. Absolutely disgusted with AT&T. I pay premium $$$ for terrible service.

Inside = 1 bar, at most. Often I must go outside to get reception.

Actually, poor is the best it ever is. Works ok in other locations, but I don't live THERE

fine reception at home, but on baldwin street near blind pig tavern signal goes to nothing - probably my phone

The reception on my Cingular network has gone from Fair to almost non-exxistant over the last few months. If you are going to be using a phone on the UGA campus I am afrain I cannot recommend you use Cingular - at all!

Talk ok outside with for about 5 mins, then wait 20 secs and then talk for another 5 mins. and so on... ..

Horrible reception. Wife's Palm Pixi, and my LG Optimus S both drop calls inside house all the time. Have to sit on front porch to get 2 sometimes 3 bars.

I have to go outside and out of my yard to get service. I had a Motorola v180 with same problem. However, my wife has a v180 that works well 90% of the time inside the houise. She previously had a v180 that worked (poorly) like mine. Apparently there is significant variability even within the same same phone model on the same service plan.

There are certain spots where I can get some reception, but otherwise there isn't any. To use the phone, I have to leave it sitting and use a headset. If I move it, then reception is lost.
