Changed to T-Mobile for Wi-Fi calling however if the phone captures one bar, instead of using Wi-Fi, it will attempt cellular call which of course fails. Ironically I have to move to the worst spot in the house in order to use Wi-Fi and send and receive calls.

Used to be pretty bad but the network has become a lot better to the point that I would give it 5 stars now.

Dropped calls, missed syllables, static, not reliable. Sometimes I cannot connect at all.

It is less than pathetic. T_Mobile drops 95% of my calls. It has become quite a joke really. Everytime a make a call I know that it will get dropped and I will have to redial. It usually happens just when I am finishing up. Then I have to call to say goodbye. EXTREMELY ANNOYING! I will have to switch to Verizon. More xpensive but I need it for business.

Service is reliable in all the areas of East Point that I've been in. I stay with at least 2 bars of LTE signal inside and it increases outdoors.

Used to get 4 to 5 bars for 3 years and then suddenly last March the signal has deteriorated to 1-2 bars. No possibility to make any phone calls inside my house and half mile around it. The microcell has helped for the calls inside the house but not outside. AT&T said everything is fine !

Reception was Poor until I obtained a signal booster (free) from T-Mobile for my house. They know they have a problem, but don't seem to want to take steps to improve coverage. I use an HTC 8X. My wife uses an iPhone on Verizon and has no problems at all. I am considering switching to Republic Wireless which uses WiFi for primary, and reverts to cellular if no WiFi available - only problem is it uses Sprint network and I am afraid they would be worse than T-Mobile.

Used to get sustained 30-50 Mbps down and 18Mbps up for few months. Ever since mid Jan 2015 speeds dropped to a mere 3-5 Mbps down. Really pathetic.

I used Verizon for years but moved to Sprint for their better business practices. Unfortunately my reception is much less and now have many dropped calls.

i have been a Verizon patriot since the day they opened my bill is a whopping 900 bucks a month. My friend nearly barfed when he saw my bill. 12 / 20 / 14 I ported out to tmobile. My friend told me if I didnt like TMOBILE better he would pay my vzw 900 bill. Here are the facts, MY vzw phones work on TMOBILE. the data speeds are 33% faster the voice quality is better my 900 bill is now $300 a month. I know Verizon would be better in the mountains. I live in Atlanta. I have 5 full bars at job and house. 900 versus 300 with better service. I was an idiot for over a decade. the voice quality is 150 % better crystal clear. data speeds FASTER than vzw by far. It takes tinkering to make Verizon phones work on T-Mobile 7500 a year savings i'll tinker.
