I absolutely hate being on a call in this area because I know it will drop

I just moved and I am unable to get ANY reception unitl about a mile outside of my home. The reception goes in and out while in Decatur and other areas. I am not impressed.

Atlanta is covered very well by Sprint.

Most calls work ok, but I have pleanty of calls where all I get is static and can barely hear the other side. I thought this was just my phone, but the problem persisted when I upgraded.

Inside home lots of dropped calls & / or only every other word is heard. Occasionally works perfect. Previous phones with T-Mobile worked great though- maybe its just this particular phone.

I just got a brand new Cingular phone and i'm getting dropped calls and losign all reception in my midtown home. I thought I was having problems with the old AT&T digital, but this is worse. my calls are also staticky and the volume is very low even when I have it turned up all the way. I'm gonna try and switch as soon as I can. wha't the point of having a cell phone if it doesn's get good reception. my friend said that she heard every other word from our phone call at home in midtown, ansley area.

always having problems around ansley mall go inside a shop and the signal is totaly gone. I have called about the problem and they say they are planning on putting in another tower because of the volume of prior complaints in the area. that was 2 years ago. still waiting. 2 towers have gone up but metro hasnt bought time on any of them.

Bad Reception in apartment (Spring Creek Apts), bad reception in clubs (1 to 2 bars), great reception at work. Too bad that I have a side business (mortgage company that I have call clients after work at home with little or no reception) and actually use my phone to contact people with... As soon as I can, I am switching to Verizon. Cingular, turn up the juice on the tower, keeping them at low wattage means that more people have less coverage where they might actually need it. Can you hear me now???

Cingular has great reception throughout most parts of Atlanta, but In Decatur near E. Ponce de Leon I get only 1 bar inside of buildings.

When I am in my house I dont get any bars at all but when I am at outside I get 1 or 2.

I have had several dropped calls. I haven't found one Alltel Dealer within 45 minutes of Downtown Atlanta.

Forget trying to use your Sprint phone on Briarcliff between Shallowford Rd and Clairmont Rd.

Always strong signal, indoors and outdoors.

i am in atlanta for 3 weeks now and the phone service is terrible I have done the software upgrade and everything calls get dropped every 30 sec. on an everage

Reception is good in downtown Atlanta but Cingular customer service is terrible. Cingular is great as long as you don't need to actually talk to them.

I get pretty good service around Atlanta area. I've had my phone for over 2 months and I've only had 1 dropped call. I-75 NB dowtown going under a bridge.

Works just like it's supposed to. Great plan too. You really do get more with T Mobile.

No reception at all indoors. Spotty reception outdoors. I wish I could cancel my T-Mobile plan - costs $200 to cancel even when you have zero coverage! Be careful what you get into!

Decent coverage, no dropped calls for me at work or home, though the signal at home is pretty low. I must live at the edge of the tower radius, because I only get 2 bars at home, whereas I get 5 at work.
