	For the past 3 weeks I have not been able to dail out or receive any call with my cell phone while at home. AT&T confirmed a problem with a cell tower in my area but is unsure as to when it will be repaired. Ive spoken to several people, performed serveral tests on the phone as well been given 2 different dates this problem should be fixed. AT&T is unresponsive to my concerns and does not want to credit my for the days of being inconvenienced. Unfortunately I still have another year and 1 / 2 on my contract but I will not pay for service that I am not receiving. Annie aka Totally Fed Up

	always have dropped calls at work. No data network at all.

	Cingualr Wireless has the worst coveage and call quality. I am switching carriers even though I have to pay early termination fees. Calls drop constantly and when I try to make calls I get messages saying try again due to the network being busy.

	I wish they would solve the inside / outside dilema. Outside 4 bars... no problems. Inside 1-2 bars... dropped calls after a minute or two.

	At first, Sprint was the answer to my prayers until I pulled out of my drive and headed down Concord Road. NO RECEPTION. NO BARS = NO SERVICE. Not even a SPRINT area so I was even being charged Roaming. I constantely miss calls when I am on Concord Rd.and SPrint can not even explain why. BUYER BE WARE: Your best bargining power with SPRINT is when you are are a new customer, after that they dont care 1 ounce if you are having problems with your service area. They break their contractual agreements too and expect you to accept it.

	I went Land hunting in the most western part of South Carolina --sometime the recetion was realy good , other times no way to call out -I did find it extremly curious and amazed to see that in certain area the cingular wireless name appeared on my cell phone .I do wish that more towers were put up in or around the dead zone area of everywhere. Just an opinion, observation.

	I never have a problem with my Verizon Coverage. Everything works well on my personal Verizon phone. I travel all of Atlanta, and since my work phone has been with different carriers over the years I can say that Verizon has the BEST coverage of all of the carriers. Cost more and fewer minutes (and takes longer to get the good phones) but well worth the money and wait.
