Not very good service with AT&T out in this area. Flux in bars from 1 to 3 very often and lot of dropped calls even with 2 bars. Seems even worse at night with the flux in signal. Also maybe just my phone but I get a lot of buzzing noise (my end and / or other end) no matter where I'm at around the house. Trying Verizon in a few days *crosses fingers* Other family member is on Verizon and has no issues.

No reception in North Blue Ridge, have to wait until I am approx 3 mi South before service is available.

We now have some cell phone coverage in the Dial area. Apparently Cingular put a tower up on one of the nearby mountains.

coverage generally ends 1 mile south of Blue Ridge on ASKA road. Very Spotty after that. Works at my Cabin (upstairs) sometimes
