Only two types of reception in this area: bad and very bad. At least 50% of calls are dropped inside or outside my house. Also very sporadic from minute to minute. I can drop a call and then suddenly have two bars for 15 seconds, and then poof. None. Verizon's last comment to me was "We are aware there are poor signal issues in your area; but, until funding becomes available, there is no resolution for your problems at this time."

We have three Cingular phones of different types and they all drop calls constantly. We travel from Dawsonville to Alpharetta, exit 9, daily and the service in Alpharetta drops as often as it does in Dawsonville. I would not recommend Cingular. We will be switching plans shortly.

Hit and Miss for any signal. Live In Dahlonega area and work in Cumming. I don't know why but the signal can be good one day and non-existant the next. Travel another 10 feet and get signal again for about 3 words, then out again.
