Actually have decent reception with AT&T in my house, although sometimes have drops in my basement office. Web surfing speeds (3G) could always be better, though.

I complanied several times to ATT with any luck too far. The reception is very poor, and sometimes even no reception at all, always dropped calls. I'm waiting that my contract expires to get another service. I'm paying for a service that I don't receive: I've a lot of rollover minutes because I cannot use them in any of our 3 phones (family plan). Don't get ATT if you live in this area!!!

I live about 100 yards from PIB but get awful service. Dropped calls are fairly common. More than two bars is rare.

Considering I only get 3 bars reception and this phone is dual band capable when need be. I have been very satisfied with my service. Another thing is my wife has the same phone and she makes international calls to Asia going through a local access number and she rarely has problems with her connection sometimes the problem is on the cell that she is calling. I do use my cell quit a lot without getting calls droped.

Disappointly poor reception from Cingular in this highly-populated suburban Atlanta area.

There is this one spot as you come up on exit #107 on interstate 85 where I will drop my calls everytime. Since I frequent this road, I find this very annoying

I live in the front area of Carriage Park Subdivison. I have complained to T-Mobile about poor reception, but they cannot help me. I get either 1 or no bars on my phone. I walk throughout the house to find a spot where I can get reception to make a phone call. I also miss several calls that were made to me, and only learn about them when they appear as a missed call or voicemail. The Samsung phone is not the problem. My wife and son have the same problems with Nokia phones. All phones work fine when we leave the area.

In Devonhall subdivision across from St. Marlo. Coverage has always been bad but has gotten even worse in the last month or so. Lots of dropped calls. Bought a repeater to improve signal in my house (I shouldn't have to!) but it's even bad with it now.

I get great reception at my house. I used to be in the cell phone tower business and learned not to worry about the number of bars, but the actual service. The service is just as good with 2 bars as it is with 5 bars.
