Yo, I got a new LG CU 500 and I have noticed that it has a great deal of signal. You who do buy a phone, make sure that you get the correct type. I have noticed that Nokia is mostlikly the BEST phone to get for signal. Its not the Phone Company, it the Phone you bought. Nokia has gained the best recption in a phone for a few years and running. They are most likely the best phone for service. In your next phone, make sure you do your research. *Who has been out longer... Moto, Nokia, Lg, ECT* Just keep that in mind.

Nextel gets horrid reception inside my home, crappy outside, but decent on the interstate. I was told by Nextel that a new phone would resolve my issue. IT DIDNT. so now Im stuck with Nextel for another two years. after many phone calls and countless wait times with Nextel I was finally told that there was nothing they could do about my situation but I was still a valued coustomer. (Ya RIGHT) I have tried all kinds of antenas reception increasers, and countless other CRAP NOTHING WORKS.

Service technicians actually came to our street and informed us there was no signal at the end of our cul de sac. Cellular service was always horrible (for the past year), if it wasn't a dropped call, then the system was busy or there was no service at all. Walkie talkie service would go in and out, very frustrating while trying to talk to customers. My wife lost signal for cellular and walkie talkie all the way from the Pavilion in Fayetteville, to the North end of Atlanta. Pathetic service, and horrible customer service. They need to spend more time training the customer service reps. Told many different things from different reps. Was glad to pay 400.00 to terminate our contract early. They didn't want to work for me so I refuse to stay a customer... too bad since I had been with them since 2001.

Reception is okay, if you're standing in the yard. Once inside the house, it's unpredictable. Sometimes it works, but I have had a lot of dropped calls as well.

There seems to be a cell hole over my house. Then again, wherever I go, my reception is lack-luster. I will be ditching Sprint soon.

Freaking AWFUL coverage out here, even though the tower shows as being off Old Hwy. 85. Lucky to get 1 or 2 bars here if at ALL, and coverage is even spotty in downtown Fayetteville. Stuck under contract, tried several different phones, nothing explains why coverage sucks!

Tmobile sucks for this zip code and have no plans on putting towers in area at all. Been with them since 2003 and hate to have leave but running out of options.

I'm lucky to get 1 bar at my house, and only on the second floor. If I drive one mile north into downtown Fayetteville, GA the reception is 4 bars. Customer service says there is nothing they can do. Apparently, AT&T and Verison have the best reception in my area. When contract is up, I am saying goodbye to T-Mobile. Sad, I have been a long time customer until I moved to this area.

We switched from Sprint and Nextel to T-Mobile because of Sprint customer service which is horrible... . we also thought that our reception was bad with Sprint / Nextel but not when compared to T Mobile... we constantly drop calls in our area (near Whitewater High School). T Mobile customer service is great and very helpful... but they cannot help with reception unless they would put up more towers on the south side of Fayetteville. From what I read Verizon is the best service on the south side but they are really pricy compared to T Mobile.

Service level at the house has continued to decline since April. Engineer came out and said, "Yup, you have a problem." Only have 3 more months on the contract and I'm out if they can't fix this.
