I just checked the AT&T tower locations and there isn't one for AT&T for 5 miles! Maybe that's why I don't get decent reception. I would love to have AT&T place a tower in my yard if they would like to! but seriously, there needs to be something done. In todays technology there should be no reason for a call drop anywhere even in the woods! I am sure that noone with authority reads these comments so I think we are simply venting about our difficulties and nothing will be answered or done! we are wasting our breath! It is impossible to get help with reception. We pay an arm and a leg for a phone, a way to communicate and we can't get help with these problems! I don't get it. I think they can afford to fix them with all the money we give them each month!
There is a cell tower about 1 mile from my home yet my home is a dead zone! I have to go outside and all the way to the far end of the yard just to get 2 bars! my cell phone is my only phone and I honestly fear that if I ever needed to call 911 I would be doomed! I ask that the cell tower on Old Dixie and Morrow road be boosted. My neighbors have the same problem. One neighbor has said that he has threatened a law suite if something happens at his home and he is unable to call 911 if AT&T doesn't fix this problem soon. Please help us!
