Sometimes I get one bar, most of the time none. And I get no signal at my job in the middle of the city (North Druid Hills). whats the point. My wife has Verizon, not much better out here.

Very spotty reception all the way along this road, even with a new tower added at Jonesboro Rd and I-75.

Amazing! I just posted on this site just over a month ago and within that time periord I went from 1-2 bars signal to 5-6 bars - full strength most of the time! I got a phone upgrade, but the signal strength came before that. I assume that something has been modified and improved with one of the two existing towers in my area. There are no dead spots or dropped calls anymore either - all along 19 and 41. THANK YOU CINGULAR for finally helping us in Hampton!

Unable to use phone in home. No reception - dropped calls. Complained to Cingular and they basically said "Oh well". Easy for them to say since I'm committed to a 2 year contract. According to the tower map - there is one very close by to me, so I really don't understand the problem. We do live across from the FAA Building and I wonder if their transmissions can effect my reception. If so - then I'm truly at a loss. Don't want to go from carrier to carrier in order to see if one will work for me. Cingular is terrible in other areas too. There's a dead spot on 19&41 near the intersection of Hwy. 81. This is just north of the motor speedway. Signal drops like clock work.
