	I recently 'upgraded' my phone because the older model would not pick up inside my new home. I was told that the new model would have much better reception and that there is TOTAL coverage in my area. Guess what... the new phone is WORSE! So wish me luck, I am heading back to the Winder store to see how they will resolve this. I'm ready to change to Verizon!
