works good in most of the house and all of outside. T-Mobile gets nothing and Verizon is fine here as well.

The reception used to be great, but as of 2 weeks ago it sucks. front of house is great, back corner the calls just drop. same at my store on vernon st. 4 bars or no bars, no rhyme no reason.

I will be so glad when additional cell towers are added to my area, as I currently have extremely poor to absolutely no reception. I live on Tommie Rd, halfway between Bartley Rd and Baughs Cross Rd, and refer to this area as "cellular no man's land". I have NEVER had a single bar of reception when making or receiving calls from my home. Before purchasing my first cell phone in 2003, I obtained loaner phones from every cell provider in LaGrange to test them for reception here at home, but not one of them ever registered a single bar! I researched phones on the Internet for those touted to have the best reception, and finally chose the Motorola i850. It does great in most other areas around town, but is virtually useless most of the time here at home. I need the cell when away from home, so I feel forced to pay for a service that I cannot use a great deal of the time. In addition, I am unable to reduce my costs by removing my land line or even by removing the long distance coverage from that line. On the rare occasion that I am able to get a signal at all, I am forced to move about the house or yard in an effort to get a stronger signal, and greater than 20% of my calls are dropped completely. I don't feel this is a phone problem, rather it's a signal problem. When I see the multiple towers in the intown area, I feel cheated that no attention is paid to those of us who live in rural areas of LaGrange. Hoping for a better future, Rhonda Colemon

Reception is nonexistent in the house and extremely poor to nonexistent outside!

The only way to complete a call, and that's not to say several dropped calls in the process, is to go outside and stand on the diving board over the pool. Reception rating is zero in the house and poor to zero any where other than the diving board!

i can go to greenville and no coverage,no coverage in warmsprings,and no coverage below manchester. I have an old Motorola v60i phone that is with (verizion) and can call from anywhere. and it dont have a sim card in it ???. the Samsung does???.

if you CAN FIND SERVICE you wont be able to move far and still keep the call in this area

Straigt Talk phone using Verizon Towers, 5 out of 5 stars, never dropped a call!

Almost every call is dropped and can only talk 15 to 20 seconds, if at all. Very disappointed in service. Wife's non smart phone reception is the same Verizon, get with it or get out of the phone business!

I can't use my phone indoors unless I stand next to the windows. I have called Verizon and they say that they have coverage here but the truth of the matter is they don't.

Have to go outside to talk. Verizon needs a tower on the west side of town!
