My last 3 phones have been crappy. I thought it was the phones but now I am seeing it is the company. I live walking distance from the tower and I get 1 bar if any. But, its not just here but it seems to be everywhere. Half the time, my phone want even ring. It goes straight to voice mail. I have called 3 times on the problem and they always blame that the tower is not working properly. "What about the other towers out there away from my home?" I wish I knew the answer because I use my phone for my business so I need reliable cell service.

Used to be below average reception and is not getting worse. Now little or no reception

Use to have GREAT Service. Like another person we cancelled our land line. Been asking them to come check the problem but they won't. It is not just LG phones. We have 3 different makers of phones from verizon. And none of them are LG. All our neighbors in this area are having the same problem. No one can get out. Not even outside. They say it is because of a delay in transmitting to the towers. But they told us they put in a new tower and turned it the other way toward hartwell. My complaint is why take away something that we had. We had good service here in this area but they took that away. They just don't seem to get it. They say it is a problem area. But it use to NOT be a problem area. Until they made it one.

Use to have service in these areas now no service. Use to have svc at husbands work in lavonia. Now no service. Use to have service at home. Now 2 bars to no service. Service was great. Cancelled land line. But since april 2004 or so. We drop calls or have no service from SC to Atlanta. DAILY Problem. Verizon Doesn't care
