I am a new Verizon Customer and just got my 2nd Blackberry Storm within a week from Verizon because I get poor reception in and outside my house. I just switched from At&T and Never had a problem with them. Now people say I actually sound like I'm talking on a cell phone. I think Verizon spends too much money on Television ads when they should put that money in improving their equipment.

On Thursday, Aug 5, 2010 I started to experience no phone reception in the Lithonia, Ga araea. Sprint says nothing is wrong but I have never problem before.
