Cannot use my phone in my house unless I stand by the window. Has been a problem for the 6 years we've lived here... thinking of Sprint or AT&T.

0-2 bars. I can move from one side of the couch to the other side and my phone says I am entering a new service area. I switch from Verizon to AT&T and there was no improvement in the signal. If I try to make a call between 7-7:45pm, the call gets droppped

Poor reception, bad call quality, sometimes can't make / answer calls, texts won't send / receive or are delayed. Multiple calls to CS but no answers.

I have been a Verizon customer for many years and coverage in my area had been great, but in the last few months my coverage in East Cobb has been horrible. Constant dropped calls. This is the reason I switched from T-Mobile to Verizon years ago. I am currently extremely disappointed with Verizon. Best Coverage? No - I can't hear you now!

5 Sprint cell phones in our household. Only 1 bar on each. I called the local store and was informed they were not aware of any issues. The Sprint website was not helpful too.

Had Great Reception Up Until About A Month Ago. Now It's Horrible. Every Call I Make Is Dropped If I Can Even Get Service. Been With AT&T Now For 7 Years Because Of Their Service But This Is Rediculous.

Get 5 bars, but constant dropped calls in the house, no missed calls, no text messages. Very intermintent. AT&T customer care recommends a microcell tower for home... $150! I don't think I should have to pay for their reception problems.

Having been with ATT for 7 years, switched to Verizon for better reception and real customer service. Best move yet. Solid reception everywhere. No drops, even in the mountains of North GA.

Got a phone through work and Verizon service is horrible in my house, 0-1bars, always dropping calls, got to stand next to a window to talk. Outside I get 2-3bars tops, it fluctuates between 0-3bars even outside. Ended up buying a YX510 Signal booster, works AWESOME for my AT&T phone, does barely anything for my Verizon phone. My work wont let me quit the contract, I dont know if Verizon will even do anything, but looks like Im srewed here.

Horrible coverage in my subdivision and in my house

1-2 bars reception at most. Never more. Shows 3G all the time but I don't use the data on my phone because it's too difficult to connect. I connect using our cable Internet WIFI instead.

Lucky to get 1 or 2 bars in some areas of the house, varies. Outside, definitely blankets of no-coverage areas by Canton Rd. Terrible.

We can sometimes get 2 bars if we go outside. Gee, what fun, standing out in the rain to talk on the phone. Had great coverage last place we lived (CA), but now I have to seriously consider changing providers as our cell phones are practically useless.

Generally OK for voice, poor for Mobile Broadband. Usually 1 bar, sometimes 0. I tried the Vcast Pak, service was so bad I dropped it. Also tried a new phone, the Env Touch, but no improvement, so I returned it. Now thinking of changing carriers.

Fluctuates between 0-no reception and 1-poor reception. When 3g is on, it always stays on 3g no matter how bad a reception there is. Family also has a Blackberry which usually has 1 or 2 bars.

Constant dropped calls. Long hold period for customer service, then have to repeat same thing 3 to 4 times for 6 years. Changed phone, changed sim, same-o, same-o. I'm Done with T-Mobile!

Reception is good outside with most wireless providers. Verizon typically has the best signal both inside and outside throughout the neighborhood.
