Get 5 bars, but constant dropped calls in the house, no missed calls, no text messages. Very intermintent. AT&T customer care recommends a microcell tower for home... $150! I don't think I should have to pay for their reception problems.

Having been with ATT for 7 years, switched to Verizon for better reception and real customer service. Best move yet. Solid reception everywhere. No drops, even in the mountains of North GA.

Coverage is great. Was using T-Mobile for the last 4 1 / 2 yrs, but it was time for a change and gave Sprint a try again and so far coverage is the same as it was with T-Mobile, haven't found any trouble spots for coverage in the ATL metro area.

I live near here and I used to have problems all the time with my other phone. Now that I bought a new Razer I have not had a single dropped call or an unclear call - I guess it has a better transmitter? Regardless, I am very impressed with my cell phone service now! I talk to my husband who has the same phone I used to have and it sounds aweful, but if I call someone from the same spot with my new phone my call is great!

I have been travelling the AL/GA/TN/FL area for the last year with my Verizon phone and have only once experienced sub-optimal reception. This was miles down a dirt road somewhere near the GA/AL border. Needless to say, I am very happy with their wireless service.

Reception is good outside with most wireless providers. Verizon typically has the best signal both inside and outside throughout the neighborhood.

Inside my house (Hampton Glen subdivision) my SprintPCS service works great with very few dropped calls, work email sync'd to phone, and the occassional internet access. Very happy with clarity of voice signal and EVO for data is very fast here.

Chestnut Hill Rd. / Heathersett Condos, Marietta, GA 30064 Fri Feb 15, 2008

Read a lot of cell phone reviews when I heard we were moving to Georgia (deciding between Sprint and Cingular). Very happy with Sprint- 3-4 bars inside my condo in the development, even more outside. Spouse's Verizon can't get any reception inside, drops calls constantly even outside. Verizon was the pits in Palo Alto, even with a different phone, too- why are they still in business?

I tried both T-Mobile and Cingular, but neither of them would work reliably in my area, especially inside my home. Sprint PCS is usable in every area I've tried it and I don't lose connections. I only get 2 bars of reception at home, but it's stable and usable unlike T-Mobile and Cingular were. I also had problems with lack of coverage in other areas of Atlanta with T-Mobile.

Good reception in and out of home in this area. Wife has lately been getting "Cingular Extend" in downtown Atlanta, but that may be due to merge with AT&T. Phone also useable up on the mountains north of Dahlonega, and down along the AL/GA line south of Columbus, and in Destin. Very rarely can we not get a decent signal.

I have pretty good coverage. I do not drop calls in my home or outside. I do experience a dead spot on Riverside Drive, but other than that it seems to work well.

We used to get 5 bars when we had Nokia Phones back in 2000. When we did switch to Motoral in 2004, we had 4-5 bars for a few months. Currently, we get 2-3 bars. If we're in church, I'll loose reception, but get voicemail & / or text msgs. Odd. But I love TMobile.
