Alltel 4 Out of 5	Outside reception is good here in Pelham, inside the house with a metal roof (oops wasn't thinking) not so good. Used Alltell for 10yrs now with a prepaid plan the last 4yrs. May buy a booster and drop hardline AT&T

Verizon 4 Out of 5	Good Reception, even in the country, except low spots... . we have tried several carriers, including Altel and out of the 6 carriers I have used over the past 15 years, I have to rate Verizon # 1. I use this rating for service, price and coverage. The other carriers I have used are rated as following U S Cellular # 2 Cellular One # 3 Alltel # 4 Cingular # 5 (my friend had this one) Nextel #6 T-Mobile #7
