	70% of the time, my phone displays emergency calls only when I'm inside my apartment, my calls are dropped all the time and AT&T said that it is in my contract that they don't guarantee service inside buildings. Yeah... so that's why everybody else has to go out of buildings to make calls!... BS!

	reception between rincon and pooler can be fairly poor heard about a new tower but not sure of the carrier what does it takean act of god to get a new tower or decent cell service?
