I used to get reception at home. I would have 2 bars on avg. and rarely would get 1 bar of 3G, but since the "tornado" came thru (it was actually a microburst) I have had no service. Just an X over my reception. I used to get all my text messages and some phone calls, and would eventually get voicemails. Now Nothing. :(

I don't know anyone that has a good signal here. If you get little or no signal cell phone companies shouldn't have the right to charge you a early termination fee.

Up until two months ago, Alltel's reception in the Ray City / Walker's Crossing area was very good. It was so good, in fact, that I was tempted to cancel my home phone service; turns out that I'm glad I didn't do that. Reception lately has been dismal, with easily half my calls not going through or picking up an analog (read: useless) signal.

There is not a tower in Ray City for basically no types of cell phones. T-Mobile, Sprint, or Cingular will not pick up. Nothing but Alltel works and that really sucks because I want a T-Mobile phone.
