Problem started in mid 2011 and I have been calling for 5 months. tens of dropped calls. ATT is totally unresponsive.The entire neighborhood cant believe it. COntract up in Feb bye bye att... .

In the past week I used to have 3G coverage at my office and now I am down to E. Don't know what happened but its getting a bit ridiculous. Been with AT&T for a LONG time. Through the att, att / cingluar, cingular, back to AT&T and never left. Might need to stop by the AT&T store cause this is aggravating.

The entire surrounding area is very poor.. drop calls are constant and reception is very weak..

I have never experinced a cell phone network / phone bars in my area I think AT&T is as good as Verizon and totaly way better than Sprint and T-Mobile though all others have 4g at&ts 3g is almost as fast so picture how fast their 4g will be! AT&T!!!

I know at least 3 people in my area that have all of their bars on their iPhone, yet cannot make a phone call. Clearly the network needs attention in this area. Anyone know what we can do about this?

5 Bars can surf, text, email but cannot make a phone call. Phone service has been down for 24 hours now. ATT can't seem to give me a straight answer. Dr.1 mile down the road and it works great. Obviously an outage here, but even the AT&T guy at the store knows nothing about it (he couldn't make a call either). Of course AT&T support wants me to update my phone software before they will help me. Worthless, can't get a straight answer from anyone.

Reception has been fluctuating between 0-3 for weeks

My service has gone steadily downhill since Cingular took over my AT&T service. Calls get dropped constantly no matter where I am. I primarily use my cell phone driving home from work - from exit 5 to exit 8 on GA 400. I used to be able to talk, but today, I had no reception the entire time. I kept getting the "Emergency Calls Only" message. The entire trip, I had my phone flipped open so I could see the "bars". Nada. I'm furious. It feels like a scam, paying for minutes that I can't even use!

Although I live on a hill overlooking the GA400 Exit 7 interchange and have at leasst three cell phone towers within line of sight of my house, I must resort to going to the upstairs bathroom window to have any sort of legible conversation (calls still drop frequently). SMS is received well.

No reception inside or outside at the end of this street.

I sit in my home office chair without moving and the signal goes from full to none in an instant. This happens throughout the house and Martin's landing. I'm sure it has to do with tower switching, but it is really not satisfactory.

The reception was below average at home when we first signed up for our 2-year plan and has gotten worse to the point that I considered saying we had No Reception. This has been the most frustrating experience for us. We experience no better than average at any location and lots of dead spots when traveling througout Georgia & Alabama. I would say we have paid a lot of money for a lot of nothing. We're switching to Verizon.

Great Reception. Not sure if it's the service or the phone.

Great performance. I travel a lot and can use this phone absolutely everywhere. It is TDMA, though, and I cannot get a phone with data features / camera etc... Biggest problem is the surprise billing. I can never stay within my minutes and get charges about $.45/min for anything over my plan. Also, when I check voice mail it is not considered mobile-to-mobile.

AT&T Wireless in Atlanta is a terrible 1900mhz signal Thank goodness for the "extended area" roaming on Cingulat 800 mhz,

Poor to no reception. MetroPCS very weak and is no good in this area.

oor outdoor reception, no indoor reception. Do get T-Mobile if you live or plan to use it in this area.

Don't believe what people say about Metro, they have good phones and great service. I use my cell as my home # and I have no complaints as far as no signal or dropped calls. The only reason I gave this review a 3 is the fact that once I'm indoors my signal varies from 1 to 3 bars but never a no no signal.
