The entire surrounding area is very poor.. drop calls are constant and reception is very weak..

I have never experinced a cell phone network / phone bars in my area I think AT&T is as good as Verizon and totaly way better than Sprint and T-Mobile though all others have 4g at&ts 3g is almost as fast so picture how fast their 4g will be! AT&T!!!

I know at least 3 people in my area that have all of their bars on their iPhone, yet cannot make a phone call. Clearly the network needs attention in this area. Anyone know what we can do about this?

5 Bars can surf, text, email but cannot make a phone call. Phone service has been down for 24 hours now. ATT can't seem to give me a straight answer. Dr.1 mile down the road and it works great. Obviously an outage here, but even the AT&T guy at the store knows nothing about it (he couldn't make a call either). Of course AT&T support wants me to update my phone software before they will help me. Worthless, can't get a straight answer from anyone.

Weak signal outside, almost non-existent inside

My Verizon service consistently outperforms my wife's Sprint phone and other's Cingular phones. If we are in a remote location (or even not so remote) and only one person has a signal, it's always my Verizon phone. Can you hear me now?? I pay more, but I almost always have a signal - inside or out. Sure there is the occasional drop or dead spot, but I wouldn't choose another service.

dont know what happend to T-Mobile - was with them since powertel (98) - at that time I was droped only once and that was consistently on hardscrable rd in roswell -- with in the last 2 years - the reception has degraded to where I'm getting dropped 4-5 times on the way home and evem at home, ocationally it may take 2 to 3 trys to get a clean connection - - I love the phone - but the reception is so bad now - I have to find another provider

Have been using Sprint and this phone for over 4 years - only time I drop is on 400 at the River and occasionally at Northside hospital / Glenridge exit. Works great in buildings, home etc.

If I could get service in my own home I would be satisfied, but as it is, I don't get service anywhere near or around my house. Many dead zones and frequent drop outs around my area. Suprise billing was a major problem too, had to work out many kinks in the billing and after getting that all fixed my reception has just been horrible, its great the way things work with these phones.

Expensive! With only 1 perk, 2 way radio. Motorola needs a class action law suite for falty phones 4th phone same problem. Neglagence will get a million or so. No coverage in north GA. Tollerable in town.

Reception with my LG Optimus V in Roswell, GA is very good. I get 4 Bars inside my Condo, Though I am on the very top level. I have been with Virgin Mobile for about 6 months now and I have not lost signal yet. The only time I came close to losing signal is when I go into Walmart or Home Depot type stores. 3G speeds are pretty good to, Especially when during the "Off-Peak" hours. I get burst up to 2.4Mbps. For $35 a month, You can't go wrong.

Problem started in mid 2011 and I have been calling for 5 months. tens of dropped calls. ATT is totally unresponsive.The entire neighborhood cant believe it. COntract up in Feb bye bye att... .

In the past week I used to have 3G coverage at my office and now I am down to E. Don't know what happened but its getting a bit ridiculous. Been with AT&T for a LONG time. Through the att, att / cingluar, cingular, back to AT&T and never left. Might need to stop by the AT&T store cause this is aggravating.

Over the last 2 months Sprint phones have lost almost all reception in the area.

Tmobile considers this area moderate reception. I sometimes have to go out on my deck and lean over to send a text or make a call. Very frustrating. I was just told today that I may cancel my plan with no cancellation penalty because of the poor reception quality in this area.
