So far so good. I have been using my AT&T phone for almost two years and have had no problems in this area. In the beginning of 2010 AT&T brought 3g to the entire area of Warner Robins and Macon. I do not know how well it works though because I do not use the data on the phone. In my neighborhood I even tend to get better coverage Then Verizon has. Though if you are going to Travel to Savannah often AT&T does not cover Hwy. 16 when going between Warner Robins and Savannah.

The reception is pretty good, in town. However, we travel all over Georgia. If you get off the interstates, it's a crap-shoot. We visit state parks quite a lot, and most of them seem to not have any coverage. Also, northwest and southern GA seem to have NO coverage.

Poor to non-existant at home. Had ATT prior to T-Mobile, ATT was poor to nonexistant also. Neighbors who have Verizon seem to have 4-5 bars all the time while I have 1 to none. Verizon also seems to work quite well in other parts of the country. When my contract runs out, I'm going with Verizon!

Had excellent reception at home with Cingular, but since ATT took over reception dropped to nearly zero to absolutely non-existant at home. Now it is just about totally unusable at home, hve to travel almost into Centerville to begin getting any reception at all.

Plenty of dropped calls. I live 1 light from the major interstate when most cell towers are located and sometimes have to go out side to make a call. If the wind is blowing I will definitely get dropped.

I have an older phone, but it doesn't seem to matter. The reception is great.

I get very few dropped calls with Cingular :-)

I have excellent service from here and traveling near any USA Interstate highway is nearly perfect. Virginia / West Virginia being the exceptions.

Poor reception in most buildings, in my home and W.R. mall, and several other areas.

I'm very impressed with Verizon's coverage in the area. I haven't been anywhere in the state of Georgia where I haven't had coverage. I would definitely recommend Verizon to anyone living in the area. I used to have Sprint and I had hardly any coverage here, or even at my house in north Atlanta!

My phone works around this area in most places accept my home. I had the earlier version of the Sanyo and it worked a little better then my Samsung. A tower or two more in this area wouldn't hurt though.

Reception pretty good in and around town; however, HWY 96 from Warner Robins to Columbus, GA is VERY spotty.

Sprint PCS is very good here! I had same story as another here, poor reception until I updated my phone (and got a second line too!) CHECK YOUR PHONE :) great reception anywhere from w.r. to Macon. Sometimes inside the house, or inside stores the bars will drop to 1 or 2, but not often, and walls will always do this, no matter what service. :)

I am only writing this in response to the person from Warner Robins with Sprint warning you not to get Sprint. About 2 months ago I would have completely agreed with you. My reception was spotty to say the least. However, I just recently upgraded from my old phone, LG LX5350, to a newer phone, Sanyo SCP-8200, and found that my reception problems are non existant. I now get a two bar signal in my office at work, where before I got no reception at all. I haven't had anymore dropped calls and every place I have been too I get atleast a 2 or 3 bar signal. So, I just wanted to add my 2 cents and say it isn't all Sprint, you may have a bad phone.

Drops when I am inside almost any building. I am lucky to complete one call from home with only one drop! If you live in Warner Robins, don't get Sprint.

Rarely a drop out. Occasionally a busy signal but overll good reception.
