	I live in a very small town and was very surprised to find a cell phone provider with good coverage. The first provider I tried (AT&T) was horrible. Although, I will say this was over three years ago. I got no service, anywhere, whatsoever. But after switching to alltel, I was very happy. I had great reception almost everywhere (I say almost only because there are some places, way out in the country, that I receive no reception.) I was extremely happy with alltel. Since Alltel and Verizon Wireless have combined, I have continued to be happy with the service I receive. The only negative thing I have to say is that Verizon stopped my service for a whole day during the conversion period. They said it was to switch the networks over, or something. But I couldn't make calls or send texts all day.
