Very poor in this entire area... I get no signal in my house.

Switched from Nextel because of poor reception... Cingular is worse..have complained several times... who cares... goodbye Cingular... from a $400.00 a month company!

I have no problem with reception in fact it is better than most carriers, but what I have a problem is it was time for an upgrade on my phone and I went into the winder store to purchase a phone at the discounted rate you get if you sign a 2 year contract. I picked out the phone and accesories I wanted and went to up grade. Then the bomb dropped, I had to pay full price because I was not eligable for the discounted price. This could not be explained by the staff so I went on out and called the 611 cs rep. Well they proceeded to tell me it is some type of combonation of things, the bill, minutes, data usage, and roaming. Well I wanted to know exactley what was the factor, my bill is never late thru out the entire contract, never go over my minuites, which I pay for anyway, do not use the data, but if I did I would have to pay for. Here is the kicker, it was the times I was talking and my cell was using some other carriers tower. Now I pay for nationwide and all the other up grades you get for a larger package, but I am suspose to know when my phone is using a different tower. Now how am I going to know this, well the best part is there is no way for me to know. Yet I am going to be penilized for this by having to pay full price for a phone in their store with their service, paying their price but yet I am not ever going to be able to know if I am on someone elses tower. Tell me is this good business and good customer service. So now I must decide to switch carriers or let them charge me, a customer for many years an upgraded price just to purchase equiptment and pay their service fees.. I suggest everone check out the real deal before making a deal.. especially if you travel away from Cingular towers, which are???????????

no service in house,fair outside which makes rainy day calls bad

The phone is completely useless inside the home, I must walk to road to get 1 bar and on a good day I may get two. It's a common occurrence to see neighbors walking in their yard or on the road trying to use their Cingular phones. What a ripoff.

No reception ever on these roads

Low or no service in the Dee Kennedy Rd. to County Line area on Hwy. 211 NW
