	Government contract. (Law Enforcement) Multiple phones with various models. Call drop rate is about 80% to 85 % and sometimes even higher. Quality of service is less than poor. Were it in the authority of the end users, the contract would be terminated and the phones discarded. Other companies service has been surveyed in the same service area with at least an excellent rating. You are encouraged to select any other company than Alltel. Verizon service seems to work quite well in this region (N.E. Florida / S.E. Georgia).
