Had many drop calls from AT&T switched to Verizon hoping to get better coverage. Big let down weak signals in many areas and customer service SUCK's. They need to put up as many sites as he others. There bsites a far apart and that causes weak, spoty or no service. Had 4 bars with AT&T and now have only 2. Big mistake wish I had gone with someone who cares. erizon don't care and so is att. Must keep my landline so as to have some communications in time of need. Verizon's ads are very misleading. All lies.

Some of the places I get dropped calls: driving home on Komo Mai Dr. (between Kaahele and Hoolaulea), on the H1 (Ewa Bound) between the Pearl City exit and the Waipahu exit, parts of the North Shore / Kahuku, and not to mention the infamous part of Moanalua Fwy / Red Hill (but I'd like to know who DOES get reception over there?!). 7 out of 10 of my calls get dropped even when it shows full bars. Nextel also has some of the rudest customer service reps I've ever come across! I hope none of you ever come across some of the reps my family and I have had the pleasure of meeting...

I wish I knew wether it was the phone or the carrier but I don't have a positive thing to say about either. Many dropped calls, no reception (even when it says it has one or two bars, even three). I placed some calls while in Wichita Falls, TX last week and the reception there was just as bad. Sometimes the phone would connect when I placed a call, the person on the other end could hear me but when they spoke it sounded like a robot trying to talk over tv static turned up full blast.

It's AT&T that sucks. I used T-Mobile's SIM card in the same phone and the signal was stronger.
