It SAYS that I have connection but whenever I try to call out, It says "call failed." Like, wth?! SO IRRITATING. I do not pay 50 bucks a month for it to do this! Does anyone know what is going on?! Ughhhh. >.< I can't believe this. Grrrrr. Is T-Mobile down right now? If so, When will it be back up?!

Reception is really good, but the customer service SUCKS! I have been on hold for an hour before - transferred several times only to be told they can't help me fix a mistake that their computer made - they have over charged my checking account $400. If you don't mind putting up with that then go for it.

Great reception with Cingular, former AT&T Wireless and T-Mobile in this area indoors and outdoors. Coverage is so strong that I can use my internet in my laptop using my EDGE data card indoors. From the map, you only see one tower in the whole area so you'd think the coverage is lacking. Apparently there are microcells mounted on a nearby private apartment building as I've seen them. I believe they belong to a private company that provides the major providers coverage on their equipment.

Poor inside a single-wall house, a little better outside. Sketchy at best, breaks up badly during M2M conv. Major drop-call dead spot DH side of Makakilo along H1. AT&T service generally sucks, and watch out for their insurance plan - it's an HMO with deductables, co-pay ($36 for a new phone, based on the faceplate being cracked) I instead bought an aftermarked faceplate and will drop AT&T as our carrier ASAP when this contract ends.
