	Most times have to go outside to carry on a cell phone conversation. Download speeds average between.1 and.2 MBPS. Have speed checked multiple times on different days with consistent results. Verizon confirms poor service and will allow termination without fees. Plus this site needs to up date its zip code map. My zip code of 50023 was rejected as not valid.

	Most times have to go outside, E deck, to using phone. Internet service has deteriorated over the 3+ years to a point that the signal strength just shows the existence of a signal, but no bars will over 90% the of the time. Attempting to accessing the web is VERY frustrating.

	I keep calling for information on when new towers will be built or activated. We have iPhones. Can't believe a town this size has such terrible reception. Talking outside is not a year round option in Iowa.

	In Ankeny, a town of nearly 50,000 there are at least a half-dozen places where you cannot make or receive calls / emails. Great technology, awful reception. After 2 IPhones and 3 years, I am switching! What good is the technology if you can't use the phone???

	Had always been very satisifed with Verizon for years. All friends and family have Verizon. Then, unfortunately, I was totally entice by the original i-phone knowing I'd have to switch to AT&T. I had never used the carrier so didn't know what to expect... .. disaster... .. At&T dropped 98% of my calls. Nearly all of them. I was constantly having to call back the person AT&T left hanging and aplogize. After 9 months of total frustration and building anger, I said sianara to AT&T and went back to my good old standby Verizon.

	Sprint has great coverage, no matter where I go. All over ANkeny, or traveling to NE, MN, KS... wherever. However, customer service is poor, and most of the phones stink.

	US Cell has the best all around coverage for Iowa, in my opinion. Not too good if you roam or travel, but good for Iowa.
