I have I wireless what does the I stand for one cause thats the kind of service you recieve. I had better luck when I had a mega talk phone now that I went to contract which is ridiculous considering I would honor my contract plans more!! I wireless has great employees but if their service does not improve after these new towers are put up no later than July they are saying I will be switching to a new carrier

We live near St. Donatus and our phones used to work fine there. But now whenever someone calls our cell phones they don't ring. (although it rings for the person on the other end) I do not understand why when we have full bars of service we will consistently drop calls. I also have problems making phone calls in various parts of Dubuque. I dunno if it is the low quality of the phones they sell now or what the issue is, but it is very frustrating.
