I've had Sprint for over 15 years and always satisfied with service and new prices they set up make it cheaper than I was paying years ago. 4g LTE almost everywhere in town and their network all over USA major cities except in South Dakota no service there. I'm keeping sprint. Was this review helpful to you?
It can take up to 12 hours to send a picture message. It's the worst reception I have had the misfortune of using. I'm heading back to Verizon. In this day and age, you should be able to send a picture in less than a few minutes. Was this review helpful to you?

OMG! Can anyone hear me. Can you heare now? If you have I Wireless, probably not! Outages throughout the day! Can't even send a text! What if I've fallen and can't get up? Crawl to a neighbors and pray they don't have I Wireless? And internet? Wow. Signed on for 4G and wound up with No G. That's a little g by the way. Only advantage... Its very inexpensive. Because... You Get What You Pay For. Unless you pay Any other carry more. You still get less. We are the USA! Why do we have Third World Wireless? Oh, because profit means more than product. Sorry. I get better cell service in Mexico! Oh well. We live in Iowa. And we pay for it!Was this review helpful to you?
Switched to Verizon after moving here from Atlanta with 8 year with T-Mobile. T-Mobile was great there, terrible here. Verizon was a nice improvement. Until last week. Iphone went down and they told me that they couldn't help me with a new phone as I had "TWO WEEKS" left on my contract. Looking elsewhere now but Verizon offers the best coverage but sucks in customer service. Was this review helpful to you?
Brought me to bile service from cali, service sucks, really only works when calling / receiving from home wireless. Learned T-Mobile scabs off of some ATT towers and has no towers of their own and no plans. Avoid T-Mobile in Cedar Rapids... they just don't care about clients hereWas this review helpful to you?
AT&T cell phone signal has been very poor for me in SW Cedar Rapids Iowa. I live by what is called "Mt. Trashmore." It is a huge hill of trash covered by dirt. I think it blocks the cell phone signal of AT&T. My cell phone signal goes off for many hours each day. If I'm lucky it comes back on after 6 pm. Even though I live by a huge hill I should still be getting better cell phone service..which I'm not. I'm very disappointed and unhappy with AT&T. They should build more towers in my area or do something to fix the problem, but they don't do anything. :(Was this review helpful to you?
I have been a Verizon customer for about 12 years. About three months ago, reception changed at my house. I now not only don't get 4G coverage, I have no coverage of any kind. Verizon tells me that nothing has changed on their end and that because there a lot of trees in my area, they must be blocking the signal. The trees have been there for 100 years and have never been a problem before. I assume they had been leasing space on other providers tower in the area and have lost that capability. They have been of absolutely no help. Was this review helpful to you?
Good LTE signals in the metro area. I'm usually in the downtown area and get anywhere from 3 bars inside to 5 bars outside. I've never had a problem with service from verizon. It's great when traveling usually getting LTE throughout all of IowaWas this review helpful to you?
