	Signal has always been below average in Crescent but has decreased to poor or no reception in the last couple months. I realize it is poor here because there are hills and trees, but now it is not worth having a phone. I called Verizon and they said they sent a tech to the area who verified it is a low service area. It has something to do with the switching of towers to Alltell towers because of FCC regulations (their fault, not Verizon's). Therefore our service will continue to be very poor or non-existant and we can cancel our coverage without a early cancellation fee because Crescent is now considered a "low service area."
