Sprint 0 Out of 5	when phone / plan purchased specifically asked if Decorah and Ossian, Iowa were in coverage area. A family emergency confirmed they are not. Thankfully, was able to use daughter's T-Mobile to contact family. Contacted Spirit got no valid answer and was told we could terminate plan for $300.
