AT&T 1 Out of 5 Phone Model: Motorola RAZR V3	Outside get 2 bars. Indoor, get 1... maybe. Reps from Cingular say that despite the fact that they are putting in a major infrastruture upgrade in the state, they have no plans in my area. Said it wasn't populated enought to worry about. Out of 5 services available in the area, Cingular is the only one with problems. So much for customer service. I really wish they'd quit with the false advertising about their "great" coverage.
