HORRIBLE! They're borderline scammers!

I used to get 2 to 3 bars in Lower Highlands with AT and T and since I got my iPhone 7 I can't get better than 1 and all the calls get dropped. Worse yet, it doesn't even seem to work with WiFi calling. Several folks have T-Mobile and they suffer the same fate, probably because the two carrier share GSM networks and cell towers.

We used to get at least three bars. Even reception in our basement. Now we are lucky to have 1 bar and reception goes in and out. I can hear callers but they can’t hear us. Lots of dropped calls.

While reception is good my phone fades in and out so that there is a lapse in conversation. I can hear them but they cannot here me. Sometimes this will correct itself but sometimes it just drops the call. If this were a infrequent issue I could put up with it but it happens at least 50% of the time. I purchased a new phone because I thought that may be the problem but it is not. Does the same thing on the new one. It is not an isolated thing as it is doing it on both my sons and his girlfriends phones as well. Goodbye Cricket!

Had T mobile and had no complaints through out Idaho as up in the woods becomes sketchy no matter the carrier. Switched to Cricket after AT&T picked them up. For as cheap as it was, it worked. But the clarity was as warned about by other AT&T users... not that clear during calls and dropped calls. Made the switch to Metro PCS (T Mobile network) and woe is I nice to have a strong signal and clear calls again. Will see what the coverage is like in the woods.

Have 2 bars at my house on maple grove. Coincidentally very close to one of their death trap call centers. 3 bars if I go anywhere else in Boise. Didn't have problems until their unlimited data plan came out probably people bogging down the towers with unnecessary usage.

Really, Verizon, 3G reception that absolutely EATS my battery charge in a heartbeat on my Note 4? Absolutely crap horrendous cell phone service and coverage in NW Boise. No wonder the value of your stock is dropping to 46.60, almost a new 52 week low. You are an embarrassment to cell phone technology, after bragging all the time about how fast your 4G network is. It's a lie. 3G sucks donkey balls in 2017.

Hello, I've got to say from living in Colorado and Oregon and Idaho, AT&T has been the most consistent networks I've used. I live in Boise and work in Meridian and my job requires me to be available at any time of day. AT&T has not let me down. Having an iPhone is a plus as well since now I can use WIFI calling in a building or basement where no carrier would work. People are first to judge when they have a bad experience, but I've been completly happy with the service I receive in the stores to network to what I pay. The new unlimited plans are a plus as well as I get a $25 discount off my DirecTV services.

Been with Verizon for 10 years. Moving to Sprint for twice the coverage in my living and traveling areas. My GF has Sprint and it works everywhere in our area. If you ever get Verizon to admit to why they dropped their towers on top of Table Rock and why you'll have your questions answered.

Due to all the growth all reviews prior to 2015 should be removed. T-Mobile has worked excellent everywhere I've been in Boise. At my home and work I connect to wifi and my phone automatically adjusts to make calls and text over wifi. T-Mobile has been known for an excellent signal outside, but poor signal inside, however a google search reveals they have purchased a lot of the 700 band throughout the US as that is implemented this issue will be resolved. The unlimited plan offered by T-Mobile is easily the best plan out there of any carrier. Get locked in now before the price goes up. While you are at it... buy a phone that will work with any carrier. I went with the unlocked S7, though there are many models out there.
