Hello, I've got to say from living in Colorado and Oregon and Idaho, AT&T has been the most consistent networks I've used. I live in Boise and work in Meridian and my job requires me to be available at any time of day. AT&T has not let me down. Having an iPhone is a plus as well since now I can use WIFI calling in a building or basement where no carrier would work. People are first to judge when they have a bad experience, but I've been completly happy with the service I receive in the stores to network to what I pay. The new unlimited plans are a plus as well as I get a $25 discount off my DirecTV services.

Been with Verizon for 10 years. Moving to Sprint for twice the coverage in my living and traveling areas. My GF has Sprint and it works everywhere in our area. If you ever get Verizon to admit to why they dropped their towers on top of Table Rock and why you'll have your questions answered.

Due to all the growth all reviews prior to 2015 should be removed. T-Mobile has worked excellent everywhere I've been in Boise. At my home and work I connect to wifi and my phone automatically adjusts to make calls and text over wifi. T-Mobile has been known for an excellent signal outside, but poor signal inside, however a google search reveals they have purchased a lot of the 700 band throughout the US as that is implemented this issue will be resolved. The unlimited plan offered by T-Mobile is easily the best plan out there of any carrier. Get locked in now before the price goes up. While you are at it... buy a phone that will work with any carrier. I went with the unlocked S7, though there are many models out there.

I'm writing this review in response to a previous review posted about customer service at Cricket and Boise Nampa and Caldwell Idaho and the TA truck stop Boise restaurant Country Pride. A review was written saying that some guys walked out on their check while at Country Pride. That is completely false. These guys were very respectful and even deserve a thank you for being so patient while our computers shut down and they were unable to cash out their ticket. As their server that night I want to sincerely apologize for this review. IT IS INCORRECT! These guys were great. I hope whoever wrote that review hasn't ruined your experience with TA for us. Again I truly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused. If there is anything I can do, please just let me know. Have a good day! Go Cricket! Nicole Anderson, Boise TA

Used to be great. Not so much anymore. Might change carriers.

Upgraded from a Galaxy S4 to Galaxy S7 and coverage in my home has gotten horrendous. Went through 3 different phones and no improvement. I pull in my driveway and the phone will drop the call every single time. No resolution available and this is my primary business phone. Unacceptable

Spotty phone reception - reception goes in and out. It helps to put it on speaker. Apple store gave me a new phone but they said it probably won't fix the problem. Apple Store said it was Verizon and Apple has told Verizon. After the new iPhone 6s, the problem continued. I'm thinking about changing carriers.

I average 5 dropped calls per 10 on any given day. NEVER had a dropped call in five yrs... . Till ATT took over Cricket. Customer service has "investigated" three t imes... ... Clearly a stall tactic. Recent trip to Denver showed really sad coverage. Thank God for free local WiFi at motel etc.

many dropped calls, hours on the phone with Verizon tech support. Finally got them to send me a "network extender" for free but this is juts voice over WiFi and seems to be worse.

None to Very poor reception. Dropped calls, failed texts and frequently all sound lost to the person on the other line. Very VERY frustrating, ready to change providers. 95% of the time my usage is frustrating!
