Actually, cell phones work great in Stanley! Last fall went into town from elk camp and everyone in the party had great cell reception.

I have found that Verizon works quite well on the lake and around Coolin. Worked good at outlet bay and Luby bay at Hills resort. Driving on the back roads around Priest lake is very spotty. Very happy with the service in the area.
