I have been with T-Mobile for over a year now, hoping that things will get better. Unfortunately, I have had dropped calls all over the country, averaging 6 to 7 dropped calls per minute, since I got the service. This includes big cities where the reception should be good. In my small home town, I have to go outside to even talk. I end up having to call on my home phone, so what good is unlimited long distance when I can't use it?! The reception is awful and I have put "T-mobile" in my swear word vocabulary. As this is my business phone, I am very unhappy with the service and will drop this week.
