I had Verizon before but I had to switch to get a nicer phone. AT&T has a wide assortment of phones as well. I have yet to drop any calls in Moscow. I have dropped calls between Moscow / Pullman but from what I hear this happens with all the carriers. The internet speeds are also SO much faster everywhere I go. Love it!

good reception every where else in moscow except the place that I use it most which is in my house. I was told to try going outsite, but I would rather talk on the phone in my house, call me crazy. I am also in remote areas alot in the summer and have never had reception when I left large city areas. Friends that had Verizon however would be able to find service in random areas. I am thinking about switching to T-Mobile when my contract is up but I am worried that they are going to have the same in house problem

Cingular rocks in Moscow. I've NEVER have trouble in 2 years. There is one dead spot between Moscow and Pullman but anywhere in Moscow, even in the depths of the thickest university building, I can hear you now.

This was a loaner phone from my work and I was surprised as to how well the service was in my area. Not only that, it was able to provide service in some areas where it was sketching with other service providers. I could actually use this phone and service in my basement, whereas with my existing phone and service provider as well as other people that have come to my home with other service providers have had problems with calling and receiving in my basement. I'm thinking about making the switch just for this very reason as well as the rollover minute plan that they offer.
