Just got it, great so far everywhere I have been. I actually get the calls in my apartment whereas ATT dropped my calls or the reception was bad.

Reception works fine, Even when I'm calling from the basement Long-distant. Only problem posed when entering local stores sometimes and only one bar is avaliable. And when Incoming calls are recieved the call would drop within seconds. Overall better than most cell providers for the price. I recently bought a cell-bar enhancer but have not seen any drastic improvement even if I didnt need it. (had a $10-free best buy GC)

Had Sprint in the city for years, now out in the 'burbs. Voice has been pretty great, less than 10 dropped calls in as many years. Data is good, nothing to compare to, but happy with it.

The signal keeps varying from 2 to 3 bars. But its quite good for conversations though. 3 times out of 10 the person on the other end cannot hear me. But ending the call and redialling works. Otherwise its fine. Nevertheless I'm going for a landline phone for better quality. Its the same in Buffalo Grove (Aptakisic / Barclay Blvd) where I work.

Phone works great at Arlington Heights Rd and Rand. Neighborhood areas are poor. Once in side the house I need to be right up against a window on one side of home to get 0-1 bars. Had friend with Verizon and they were able to talk in my basement without a problem. Wife had I530... the worse phone ever. Software problems twice and extremely poor reception. Guess it looks like a lemon for a reason.

Terrible, terrible reception. Prior to recent storms it was at least tolerable by windows or in back yard. Since then the entire neighborhood has become a dead zone. Cannot call anyone or take a call on cellphone and expect to hear what is being said. I need a different cellphone provider!

When the phone rings, I grab it and run to a certain window by the front door (other windows don't work) and hold it just so, so I can here what the caller is saying. Otherwise, I go out to the pedestrian walk in front of my house. That's not so good in winter. Other family members who have Sprint have had exactly the same experience in this house. I, also, have had other problems with reception. If anyone asks me, I recommend they do not get SPRINT.

As soon as I turn onto my street all my calls are dropped. VERY FRUSTRATING. I have very spotty coverage everywhere. Never a strong cell signal, most of the time people can only hear 1-2 words I say out of every sentance. Its not cool to hear, Hi... ... ... .you? Yeah, it SUCKS! My Verizon was like this in the area too. I'm one of the dorks that walks around with my phone out in front of me searching for a signal. UGH. My phone doesn't work at all where I work in Downtown AH either. Blah. Dunno what to do though. Does any cell service have good coverage?
