Terrible reception. Can not talk on phones. They have a booster that you can purchase that goes off your modem but they want you to pay $250.00 dollars for it. They threaten you with contracts when you say you will switch but aren't they not keeping their contract by no service? I think Verizon's practices are "questionable". They always promise family packages and new towers. They promote their 4G phones but do not have 4G in the area...

We have Verizon Since mid-Septmeber this year. Our coverage on the Northeast side of Ashmore is crappy. If someone calls me I get told that I'm cutting out a lot, and I then hear a call drop tone. But for some reason on the 2nd floor of our house we get 2 or 3 bars most of the time, but if we're outside on the North part of the house we get only 0 or 1 bars. We are lucky that we don't live near Oakland, since there is no service ANYWHERE! We would enjoy our coverage if a tower was put up somewhere, we don't like paying 80 dollars a month with no satisfaction.
